As promised, here’s a quick video on how to make Raw Vanilla Almond Milk 🐮🍶
1 cup of soaked and rinsed almonds (soak for 6-8 hours)
3.5 cups of water
3-4 dates (to taste)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Line a jar with a cheese cloth and pour mixture into jar. Squeeze the cheese cloth until all the almond milk is removed from the pulp.
Pour almond milk into a clean jar, chill and serve!
If you like your almond milk sweetened, add a tablespoon of agave nectar into the blender. You can also blend a pinch of sea salt and cinnamon into your almond milk to enhance the flavor 😁 #vegan #healthy #almondmilk #DIY
